Helena Partnerships

Contract: AB (Electrical) Engineering Limited are contracted by Helena Partnerships to carry out their rewiring programme. We have a team of 3 electricians and 3 electricians mates who carry out a full rewire to a tenanted property in 1 day. This includes full 1st & 2nd fix electrics with the power being back onto the property by 5pm.

Salix Homes

Contract: We are contracted by Salix Homes to carry out Periodic Inspection and tests to all of their communal blocks. This often includes carrying out agreed remedial works including distribution board upgrades, and rewiring of communal lighting and power points.

September 2010 - March 2012

 

City South Housing Trust

Contract: Ad-hoc rewires to Fire damaged properties and tenanted properties. Rewires are completed in 1 day. Also carry out plastering works to void tenanted properties.

 

Evlove F.S Ltd

Contract: Electrical upgrades to Riverside Housing properties throughout the Merseyside area. Consumer unit replacements, installation of mains smoke alarms, and bringing installation up to clients specification.

 

First Choice Homes Oldham

Contract: recently Installed on response & repairs and void framework - August 2011.

 

Procure Plus

Contract: Installed on Electrical Framework - August 2010 - August 2014.
