AB Electrical has supported Scott Rowbottom with electrical work experience. AB Electrical is currently working with Salix Homes on an Inspection & Testing contract for the sheltered accommodation and High Rise Blocks throughout the City. Some works include 3 phase electrical upgrades on the plant rooms. AB Electrical were approached by Procure Plus to help support the learning of an apprentice electrician Scott Rowbottom, by gaining some 3 phase experience, enabling him to gain evidence for his portfolio and qualify as an electrician.

 

 

Scott, who works for FT Finley said “I really want to thank Salix Homes, AB Electrical and Procure Plus for giving me this opportunity.

This job has opened my eyes to a totally different way of working.  The pressure is really intense from the early start in the morning and turning the services off to the block.  To ensuring everything is back on by close of play. The lads were even helping some elderly residents with their shopping up the floors because the lifts had to be turned off.”
